    These fermenting lids are the best! I can ferment all year in small batches. As soon as one jar begins to run low, I start a new batch so I always have something going!

    Vegatable Fermenting Kits, 'Ad On' Systems

    I have used these for years,it is great to be able to have 'Ad On' kits. Once you get going, you really don't need the dvd,etc. again. This is a great product and a GREAT company. My order was short a couple of units, I phoned and the rest arrived within 24 hours! I am very appreciative of the excellent customer service. And, I found some great recipes on their site. Right now I have 2 Qts. of Pickle shot brewing and an Okinawan KimChi. Thank you Perfect Pickler!
