A perfect solution for labeling your recipes - both while they are fermenting and in storage!  The unique features of this marker make it completely stable during the fermenting process so even if it gets wet it won't bleed or disappear.  Simply write on the lid the date your recipe will be complete.  When you use our blue storage lid it clearly details the recipe and date completed.  Washes off with soap and water.  Self-sharpening.  (Lid NOT included)
