Back Orders
If for any reason, we have a Back Order on product, we will notify you via email and provide you with an estimated shipping date. You may cancel your order if you do not wish to wait for product availability.

How we Ship
All orders ship via United States Post Office with the choice of Parcel Post (7-10 days delivery) or Priority Mail (2-3 days delivery).  The Post Office does not guarantee delivery within these times, but that is the estimate they provide.

All deliveries outside of the United States are sent International Priority Mail and delivery times vary by country and custom rules.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Perfect Pickler, Inc. does not assume responsibility for any shipment being sent outside of the United States that incurs theft or damage.   Any loss would require the customer filing a complaint with their local postal system.  No claim can be filed from the United States.

Damage Claims
Please report to us immediately any problems concerning your order so that we can file a damage claim with USPS. We will have you return the product at that time.

Returns & Credits
Please make requests for returns of merchandise for any reason other than a damage claim within 14 days of receiving your purchases. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and must be returned within 14 days after receiving them. Please call or email for a Return Authorization (RA) # and instructions for return; any return without this information will be refused, likewise any return that has been used in any manner will be returned also, as we have a policy of only selling new, factory fresh items.

Please note that for all returns we will not refund your original shipping charges, plus you will be responsible in paying all shipping charges back to us to return this item.

Typographical Errors
