Returns & Credits

Please make requests for returns of merchandise for any reason other than a damage claim within 14 days of receiving your purchases. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and must be returned within 14 days after receiving them. Please call or email for a Return Authorization (RA) # and instructions for return; any return without this information will be refused, likewise any return that has been used in any manner will be returned also, as we have a policy of only selling new, factory fresh items. Please note that for all returns we will not refund your original shipping charges, plus you will be responsible in paying all shipping charges back to us to return this item.
